اللجان الثورية وحرق المراحل :
تمثل اللجان الثورية ، أداة التغيير الثورى إلى مجتمع الجماهيرية ، وحرق المراحل . وهى لا تؤمن بالانتقال المرحلى، ولا ترى مبررآ وضرورة للمرور بمراحل انتقالية حتمية ، كالانتقال من الرأسمالية إلى الاشتراكية ، .ومن الاشتراكية إلى الشيوعية . إن هذا التفسير للثورة والذى أصبح قاعدة من قواعد الثورة الماركسية ، هو ما خلص إليه ماركس فى تحليله للتاريغ الإنسانى. حيث إنه قد حدث انتقال من عصر الرقيق ، إلى مجتمع الإقطاع ،ومن الإقطاع إلى الرأسمالية ، وقياسآ على هذه المراحل التى مر بها المجتمع الإنسانى، تم الاستنتاج لدى الماركسيين بضرورة الانتقال المرحلى من الرأسمالية إلى الاشتراكية ، ومن الاشتراكية إلى الشيوعية .ولكن اللجان الثورية ترفض هذه الحتمية المسلم بها لدى الماركسيين ، لأن إرادة الإنسان هى المعول الأساسي فى حركة التاريخ . وهى القادرة على صنع البديل ، والغاء كل ما يتناقض ويتعارض مع إرادة الإنسان . ففى أى بلد إقطاعى، أو برجوازى، أو اشتراكى، أو ملكى، أو جمهورى، إذا وقعت فيه ثورة شعبية بفعل تحريض اللجان الثورية ، فإنه يمكن انتقاله رأسآ إلى الجماهيرية ويتأسس المجتمع الجماهيرى، وتنتهى الحكومة ، والطبقة وتحطم النظام الأجرة ، ويتحقق مجتمع الشركاء وتقوم . وفى إمكان أى محلل ثورى أن يصل إلى هذه الجماهيرية وهى: إن كل مجتمع قادر على الثورة يستطيع أن يدمر المجتمع القديم بالثورة الشعبية ، ويبنى المجتمع الجماهيري دون المرور بمراحل كما تزعم النظرية الماركسية فى تحليل التاريخ والثورة . فإذا قامت الجماهير الشعبية بالثورة ، وداهمت السلطة لحكومية ، وأقامت بدلآ منها اللجان الشعبية ، وانتظمت الجماهير فى المؤتمرات الشعبية ، فإن الحكومة تختفى نهائيأ وبشكل فورى وتلقائى. وقد يتحقق ذلك فى شهر أو أقل بفعل التحريض الواعى والمستمر من قبل اللجان الثورية . والثورة التى يقدر الماركسيون آلاف السنين لحدوثها،ولاختفاء الرموز السلطوية ) التى تفجرت من أجل القضاء عليها، اتضح أنها قد تحدث فجأة إذا توافر الوعى لدى الجماهير، واتضح أنه بإمكان العبد أن يصبح سيد فى المؤتمر الشعبى، وأن يصبح الأجيرشريكاً وأن يختفى الاستغلال والأجرة .فما الداعى إذن للأخذ بفكرة المراحل هذه التى أصبحت خرافة من خرافات الأحزاب الشيوعية التى تدعى أنها " طليعة الشغيلة " والشغيلة أنفسهم هم الذين فرضواهذا التحليل الثورى، ولسان حالهم يقول : إننا لا نستطيع أننتظر أكثرمن هذا الانتظار، ولا نستطيع أن نتنازل عن جهدنا وانتاجنا إلى الأبد، حتى يتم هذا الانتقال الخرافة وهذا ما أكدته كل الأحداث التى عصفت بكثير من البلدان الماركسية والتى انفلت زمام الأمور في بعضها. إن النظرية الثورية التى طرحها " الكتاب الأخضر " والثورة الشعبية التى تنبأ بها - وأداتها اللجان الثورية _ قد ألغت وحرقت المراحل ، وأثبتت زيفها وبطلانها، لأنه ليس لها وجود علمى أصلآ ولا تستند إلى سند فكرى سليم ، بل هى خرافة ودجل تاريخى مارسته الأحزاب الشيوعية للهيمنة على الجماهير الشعبية حتى تكون خاضعة لها إلى الأبد. ولكن ، بتحريض اللجان الثورية - أداة الثورة الشعبية ، أصبح بالإمكان الآن الانتقال رأساً إلى الجماهيرية التى تكون فيها السلطة شعبية بالمؤتمرات الشعبية الأساسية واللجان الشعبية ، ويصبح العمال شركاء لا أجراء.. وتلك هي الرسالة التى يحملها " الكتاب الأخضر " إلى شعوب الأرض . واللجان الثورية - اصحاب الرايات الخضراء _ هم وحدهم المعنيون بايصال هذه الرسالة إلى الناس كافة ، لأنهم رسل الحضارة الجماهيرية الجديدة ، والمبشرون بعصر لجماهير .
Revolutionary committees and the burning of phases:
The revolutionary committees, the tool of revolutionary change to the Jamahiriya society, represent the burning of phases. It does not believe in a phased transition, nor does it see the justification and necessity to go through inevitable transitional stages, such as the transition from capitalism to socialism, and from socialism to communism. This interpretation of the revolution, which became one of the rules of the Marxist revolution, is what Marx concluded in his analysis of human history. Since there has been a transition from the era of slavery, to feudal society, and from feudalism to capitalism, by analogy with these phases that human society has gone through, the Marxists drew a conclusion of the necessity of a phased transition from capitalism to socialism, and from socialism to communism. But the revolutionary committees reject this determinism as accepted by Marxists, because the will of man is the main source in the movement of history. It is capable of creating an alternative, and canceling that which contradicts the will of man.
In any feudal, bourgeois, socialist, monarchy or republican country, if a popular revolution takes place in it due to the instigation of the revolutionary committees, it can be transferred straight to the Jamahiriya and the mass society is established, the government ends, the class and the wage system is destroyed, and the society of partners is realized and established. It is possible for any revolutionary analyst to arrive at this Jamahiriya analysis, which is: every society capable of revolution can destroy the old society by popular revolution, and build the mass society without going through those stages claimed by the Marxist theory in its analysis of history and revolution. If the popular masses make a revolution, raid the governmental authority, establish people’s committees in their place, and organize the masses in people’s congresses, the government will disappear permanently, immediately, and automatically. This may be achieved in a month or less due to the conscious and continuous agitation by the revolutionary committees.
The revolution, that erupted in order to eliminate the authoritarian symbols, which Marxists estimate will take thousands of years, it turns out may occur suddenly if the public is conscious, and it turns out that a slave can become a master in the popular conference, become a partner instead of wage slave, and the exploitation and wages would disappear. So why, then, adopt the idea of stages, which has become one of the myths of the communist parties, which claim to be the "vanguard of the working people"? The workers themselves are the ones who imposed this revolutionary analysis, and their language says: We cannot wait any longer than this wait, and we cannot give up our efforts and production forever, until this superstitious transition is completed. And this was confirmed by all the events that afflicted many Marxist countries, in some of which some of which have broken away.
The revolutionary theory put forward by "The Green Book" and the popular revolution it predicted - and its tool the revolutionary committees - have cancelled and burned the stages. The "necessary phases of transition" claimed by Marxists has proven its falsehood and invalidity, because it does not have a scientific existence in the first place and is not based on a sound ideological basis. Rather, it is a myth and a historical charlatan practiced by the communist parties to dominate the popular masses so that they are subject to them forever. However, with the instigation of the revolutionary committees - the instrument of the popular revolution, it is now possible to move straight to the Jamahiriya in which the power is popular through the basic popular conferences and people's committees, and the workers become partners, not wage earners. That is the message that "The Green Book" carries to the peoples of the earth. The revolutionary committees - the owners of the green banners - are the only ones concerned with delivering this message to all people, because they are the messengers of the new mass civilization, and the heralds of an era for the masses.
