Attributes of the Revolutionary Committees

سمات اللجان الثورية :

إن أعضاء اللجان الثورية هم أولئك الذين يكتشفون عن طريق " الكتاب الأخضر " زيف الديمقراطيات المعاصرة وحقيقة مجتمعات الاستغلال ، فيتحولون إلى ثائرين للانتصار لقضية الحرية واعادة بناء المجتمع الإنسانى من جديد وتغيير حياة الناس تغييرآ جذريآ، حيث السيد يصبح سيدآ على نفسه فقط ، والعبد يصبح حرآ وسيدآ، والأجير يصبح شريكآ فى الإنتاج ويتحرر هن الأجرة ومن رب العمل ، والبيت يصبح لساكنه ، والأرض تصبح ملكآ للجميع ، فيختصرون الزمن من أجل صنع  التقدم ، ورد الاعتبار لمن اغتصبت حقوقه ، وجرحت كرامته ، وأهينت كبرياؤه . أى أعضاء اللجان الثورية هم  أولئك الذين لهم القدرة على إحداث التحول من الأسواء إلى الأفضل ، ومن العبودية إلى الحرية ، ومن التجزئة إلى الوحدة ، ومن الانحطاط إلى النهضة والقوة والمنعة ، وهم الذين لهم القدرة على إعلان الحرية: ولكى لا تكون ثورة كل واحد منهم مجرد محاولة فردية انتحارية يائسة فهم ينضمون بعضهم إلى مشكلين لجانآ ثورية فى كل مكان ، حيث  " لا ثورى خارج  اللجان الثورية "  و" اللجان فى كل مكان "  أى لا بد من . حضور كل الثوريين العقائديين فى مثابات اللجان الثورية  من أجل العمل الجماعى الجماهيرى المنظم ضمن برنامج  محدد، لأن إنسان الثورة الذى يسعى إلى إحداث التغيير:الثورى والتعامل مع أوضاع المجتمع عموما، لا بد له من ، برنامج محدد يجمعه مع غيره من الثوار محددين أساليب .عملهم وأهدافهم التى يسعون إلى تحقيقها، ومحددين بعقل جماعى الأوقات الدقيقة لتنفيذ هذه المهام ، وهذا ما يمكن أن نعبر عنه بالجماعية التى هى سمة العمل الثورى : .المثابات الثورية هى مقار اللجان الثورية ، وفيها  اللجان الثورية ، وهى العنوان الدائم الذى يتم به الاتصال  ، باللجان الثورية سواء أكانت فى نطاق المؤتمر الشعبي الأساسى، أم المؤتمر الطلابى، أم المؤتمر ونتاجى المهنى، أم فى أى موقع جماهيري أخر، وهى  أيضآ المكان الذى يتم من خلاله تحرك اللجان الثورية لتنفيذ أى برنامج عمل ثورى داخل الجماهير. وعضو اللجنة الثورية ، هو ذلك الإنسان النموذجىالجديد، الملتزم خلقيآ وثوريآ، والقدوة فى المهارة والمسلك ، ورسول حضارة عصر الجماهير، والبعيد عن  المصالح الذاتية ، والمتفانى فى خدمة مصلحة الجماعة ، والمثقف ثقافة ثورية ، والمتشبع بفكر " الكتاب الأخضر " وهو الذى يعمل بصمت ... إلغ ، حيث " لا ثورى بدون فقه ثوري " وحيث " لا ثورى بدون ثقافة ثورية " اللجان الثورية هى طليعة الزحف الأخضر فى العالم ، وهى تشكل حركة عالمية خضراء، معاكسة تمامآ لجميع السياسية فى العالم . مهمة اللجان الثورية  إفساح الطريق أمام الجماهير لكى تحل محل التنظيمات السياسية الحزبية والنيابية والرئاسية والملكية . لذا تختلف اللجان الثورية فى تنطيمها وفى أسلوبها وفي مهامها وفى فكرها ورمزها الأخضر عن جميع الحركات والتنظيمات السياسية التى عرفها العالم ، والتى يهدف أفضلها إلى إيجاد أحسن أسلوب لتمثيل الشعب .أما راية حركة اللجان الثورية الخضراء _ اللون  الأخضر _ فهى ترمز إلى الحياة والأمل والمستقبل الذى  تحلم به الشعوب فى كل مكان . إن كافة الألوان الذ تستخدمها الحركات السياسية فى العالم لا ترمز إلى الحياة ، بل ترمز إلى الدمار والفناء والخراب ، وهى تبعث فى الإنسان اليأس والتشاؤم .لذلك أصبح اللون الأخضر رمزآ لحركة اللجا الثورية .. طلائع الثورة الشعبية ، وأصبح الاخضرار يد على وجود ثوار، ولجان ثورية ، ومبشرين  بــ " الكتاب  الأخضر" . 

The Attributes of Revolutionary Committees:

The members of the revolutionary committees are those who discover through "The Green Book" the falsehood of contemporary democracies and the reality of exploitative societies. They turn into revolutionaries to triumph the cause freedom, rebuild human society anew and radically change people’s lives, the slave becomes free and a master, the wage-earner becomes a partner in production, and they are liberated from the wages and from the employer, the house belongs to its occupant, and the land becomes the property of everyone. They shorten time in order to make progress, and to restore respect for those whose rights have been usurped, their dignity wounded, and pride humiliated. That is, the members of the revolutionary committees are those who have the power to bring about a transformation from the worst to the better, from slavery to freedom, from fragmentation to unity, from decadence to revival, strength and invincibility, and they are the ones who have the ability to declare freedom: so that the revolution of each of them is not merely a desperate suicidal attempt, they join each other to form revolutionary committees everywhere, as "there is no revolutionary outside the revolutionary committees" and "committees are everywhere" is a necessity.

All ideological revolutionaries are present in the ranks of the revolutionary committees for organized mass collective action within a specific program, because the human being of the revolution who seeks to bring about revolutionary change: and dealing with the conditions of society in general, must create a specific program that brings him or her together with other revolutionaries, defining the methods of their work and the goals they seek to achieve, and defining with a collective mind the exact times to carry out these tasks. This can be expressed in collectivity which is the revolutionary work characteristic:

The revolutionary "mathaba"s are the headquarters of the revolutionary committees, present in them are the revolutionary committees, they are the permanent address where the revolutionary committees are contacted, whether they are within the scope of the basic people's congress, or the student congress, or the congress of professional producers, or in any other public site. They are also the place where the revolutionary committees move to implement any revolutionary program of action within the masses.

The member of the revolutionary committee is that new model human, who is morally and revolutionarily committed, a role model in skill and behavior, the messenger of the civilization of the era of the masses, far from self-interest, and dedicated to serving the interest of the group, intellectual revolutionary culture, imbued with the thought of "The Green Book" and who works silently...

"No revolutionary without revolutionary ideology" and "no revolutionary without revolutionary culture", the revolutionary committees are the vanguard of the green march in the world, they form a global green movement, completely opposite to all politics in the world. The mission of the revolutionary committees is to pave the way for the masses to replace party, parliamentary, presidential and royal political organizations. Thus the revolutionary committees differ in their organization, style, mission, thought and green symbol from all the political movements and organizations that the world has known, the best of which aims to find the best way to "represent" the people. The green flag of the revolutionary committees movement symbolizes life, hope and the future that people everywhere dream of. All the colors used by the political movements in the world do not symbolize life, but rather symbolize destruction, annihilation and ruin, and they give man despair and pessimism. Therefore green became a symbol of the revolutionary committees movement -- the pioneers of the popular revolution. Green became the signal of the presence of revolutionaries, revolutionary committees and missionaries of "The Green Book".

المساءلة الثورية : 

أن الممارسات التى اتسمت بالإرهاب المادى والمعنوى  العنف لن تقع  دون حساب من ناحية ، ومن ناحية أخرى تصنف ممارسات فاشية ، تأتى بها العصبة ذات  القوة  المعادية للحرية ، والتى لا تخدم إلا نفسها، وبالتالى فهي معاد للثورة فى نتيجته ولو صدر دون قصد...بل حتى من موقفا تورى.إن العنف أسلوب ضرورى لحماية الثورة ... ولكن  ضد أعداء الثورة وهم قادرون على مقاومتها. أما خلاف ذلك فهو أسلوب قذر وجبان يدخل فى قائمة الاضطهاد الذى لا يقبله الثوريون إطلاقآ. إن أى أسلوب لأى عضو فى لجنة ثورية لا يؤكد سيادة المؤتمر الشعبى، لا يمت لمهمة حركة اللجان الثورية  بصلة ، وسيقاوم حتى يقضى عليه .دن أى أسلوب  يهدف لخلق أتباع ورؤساء، يسحق  بلا مناقشة ، لأنه أسلوب معاد للثورة وللجماهيرية ، وينسب إلى مجتمتات العسف و الاستغلال التقليدية النقيض التاريخى للجماهيرية .

Revolutionary accountability:

The practices that have been characterized by material and moral terrorism and violence will not happen without reckoning on the one hand, and on the other hand they are classified as fascist practices, which are brought by the powerful league that is hostile to freedom, and which serves only itself, and therefore is counter-revolutionary in its outcome, even if it is issued unintentionally... even from a revolutionary position. Violence is a necessary method to protect the revolution... but against the enemies of the revolution and they are able to resist it. Otherwise, it is a dirty and cowardly method, which is included in the list of persecution that the revolutionaries do not accept at all. Any method of any member of a revolutionary committee that does not assert the sovereignty of the People’s Congress has nothing to do with the mission of the revolutionary committees movement, and will resist until it is eliminated. ny method aimed at creating followers and presidents, will be crushed without discussion, a method hostile to the revolution and to the Jamahiriya, and is attributed to traditional societies of abuse and exploitation, the historical opposite of the Jamahiriya.

" إن الإشاعة والمبالغة والنقص والغرضية فى تناول المواقف الثورية وأصحابها هى خيانة للأخلاق الثورية :المبنية على الإلتزام الثورى، تؤدى إلى حرق أهلها و يتهاون هو الذين يميعون العمل الثورى ويتفهون قضية _الثورة العظيمة ، والذين فشلوا فى مواجهة الأعداء والقيام ´ بالمهام الثورية التاريخية ، فراحوا يعوضون عن عجزهم . بالبحث عن ضحايا من رفاقهم ، وبالبحث عن السذج لتكوين زعامة زائفة عليهم . "  _ فالشعب هو السيد... السلطة للشعب ، ولا سلطة لسواه ، يمارسها عن طريق المؤتمرات الشعبية ، واللجان الشعبية . وليس من مهام اللجان الثورية تولى السلطة ، والا أصبحت إحدى الأدوات الدكتاتورية التى تمارس ا~لسلطة دون الجماهير وبالنيابة عنها. العسف والاستغلال التقليدية وتقوم كل لجنة ثورية بمهامها الثورية داخل نطاق وسطها الجماهيرى .المؤتمر الشعبى إن التضحية بثوريين تمسى ضرورة عندما يشكلون بداية  أو بادرة انحراف عقائدى أو سلوكى حتى لو كان ذلك  بدافع ثورى، كما أنها لازمة لإسقاط وهم المصونية.

"Rumor, exaggeration, and lack of purpose in dealing with revolutionary situations and their companions is a betrayal of revolutionary morals, leads to the burning of its people and complacency in those who are inclined to revolutionary work and understand the cause of the great revolution, and who failed to face the enemies and carry out historical revolutionary tasks, so they began to compensate for their inability, by looking for victims from their comrades, by looking for gullible people to create false leadership on them."

The people are the master... Power to the people, and no power to anyone else, is exercised through people's congresses and people's committees. It is not the task of the revolutionary committees to take power, otherwise they would become one of the tools of the dictatorship that exercises power without and on behalf of the masses, traditional abuse and exploitation. Each revolutionary committee carries out its revolutionary tasks within the scope of its jamahiri center. The people's congress sacrifices revolutionaries as a necessity when they constitute the beginning or gesture of ideological or behavioral deviation even if it is motivated by a revolutionary, and it is necessary to overthrow the illusion of masonism.

 الجانب التنظيمي :

 اللجان الثورية حركة عالمية مفتوحة هدفها إقامة وتأكيد الجماهيرية ، وهى وحدها التى لا تسعى للوصول إلى السلطة انسجامآ مع ايديولوجيتها إن أعضاء اللجان الثورية هم الأفراد المؤمنون بالنظرية الجماهيرية ، والذين يكتشفون عن طريق  " الكتاب الأخضر " زيف الديمقراطية المعاصرة وحقيقة مجتمعات الاستغلال ، ويعملون على تفجير الثور ة الشعبية ، وبناء المجتمعات الجماهيرية إن التنادى هو أساس الانضمام لحركة اللجان الثو رية  وهو لا يعنى السماح للعناصر غير الثورية بالانضمام إليها، كما لا يعنى إضفاء الحصانة عليهم ، ولا يلغى أهمية الاكتشاف والمتابعة إن وعى اللجان الثورية بدورها، كأداة لتحقيق وتأكيد  . السلطة الشعبية ، وهى تمارس بعض المهام الاستثنائية الضرورية لإقامة وتأكيد مجتمع الجماهيرية ، هو الذى  يمنعها من التحول إلى أداة السلطوية نائبة عن  الجماهير. إن ديمقراطية العمل الثورى هى أساس الإبداع  والمبادرة الذاتية والجماعية سمة العمل الثورى فلا مكان للولاءات الفردية والشللية والقبلية داخل حركة اللجان الثورية .كلما جذرت حركة اللجان الثورية الوعى الثورى داخل الوسط الجماهيرى، تحقق ذوبانها فى الجماهير وتأكدت الجماهيرية

لا علاقة للجنة ثورية بلجنة ثورية أخرى، إلا في  حالات الحسم الثورى .

The organisational aspect:

Revolutionary Committees are a global open movement whose goal is to establish and confirm the Jamahiriya. It alone does not seek to reach power in harmony with its ideology.  The members of the Revolutionary Committees are individuals who believe in the Jamahiriya theory and who, through "The Green Book", discover the falsehood of contemporary democracy and the reality of exploitative societies. They work to ignite the popular revolution and build Jamahiriya communities. Advocacy is the basis for joining the Revolutionary Committees movement. This does not mean allowing non-revolutionary elements to join them, nor does it mean granting them immunity. The importance of discovery and follow-up, if the Revolutionary Committees are aware of their role, is not eliminated as a means of investigation and affirmation. The people's power, which exercises some of the extraordinary functions necessary to establish and affirm the Jamahiriya society, is what prevents it from becoming an instrument of authoritarianism in the name of the masses. The democracy of revolutionary action is the basis of creativity, and self-initiative and collective initiative is characteristic of revolutionary action. There is no place for individual, paralystic and tribal allegiances within the Revolutionary Committees Movement. Whenever the revolutionary committee movement takes root, the revolutionary awareness inside the mass centre, it achieves its melting in the masses, and the Jamahiriya is confirmed.

A revolutionary committee has nothing to do with another revolutionary committee, except in cases of revolutionary resolution.

مواصفات عضو اللجنة الثورية :

*       أن يكون مؤمناً بالنظرية الجماهيرية ويعمل على تحقيقها.

*      ألا تكون له صلة بالثقافات  التقليدية القديمة ، أو أثبت تخليه عنها .

*     أن يثبت إدراكاً وفهماً عاليين للفكر الجماهيري  والحركة العالمية الجديدة ... حركة اللجان الثورية شكلاً        ومضموناً وثقافة وسلوكاً . 

*     أن يبرهن عملياً على صدق قوله من خلال مشاركته  في مختلف المعارك الثورية التحولية ، ومن خلال ممارسته لمهام اللجان الثورية .

*     أن يثبت التزاما عالياً بكل القيم الثورية والتنظيمية سلوكاً وممارسة .

*     أن يؤمن بدور الدين والقومية أو العامل الاجتماعي في  تشكيل المجتمعات البشرية في حركة التاريخ .  

*     أن يمر بكل مراحل التثقيف الثوري المقررة بحركة اللجان الثورية.

*    أن يقبل تنفيذ أية مهمة ثورية يكلف بها، وأن يكون ملتزماً ومنضبطاً.

The specifications of the member of the Revolutionary Committee:

• To be a believer in the Jamahiriya theory and work to achieve it.
• Have no connection with, or have been shown to abandon, ancient traditional cultures.
• To prove a high awareness and understanding of jamahiri thought and the new global movement ... The movement of revolutionary committees is form, content, culture, and behaviour.
• To prove in practice the sincerity of his statement by participating in various transformative revolutionary battles, and by practising the tasks of revolutionary committees.
• Prove a high commitment to all revolutionary and organisational values in behaviour and practice.
• To believe in the role of religion, nationalism, or social factor in shaping human societies in the movement of history.
• To go through all stages of revolutionary education prescribed by the Revolutionary Committees Movement.
• Accept the implementation of any revolutionary mission assigned to it, and be committed and disciplined.

 تلك أسلوبية وتنظيمية متطابقة مع أغراضها الثورية الجماهيرية .هي اللجان الثورية فى تنظيمها، ومهامها أسلوبية وتنظيمية متطابقة مع أغراضها الثورية الجماهيرية . وأسلوبها كحركة ثورية جديدة ، فريدة نموذجية ، متصفة بصفات

Those are the revolutionary committees in their organization, functions and style as a new revolutionary movement, unique and typical, characterized by stylistic and organizational qualities identical to their revolutionary Jamahiriya purposes.

فهى ليست بديلآ من المجتمع الحقيقى، بجعل نفسها مجتمعآ بديلآ وهميآ للأفراد المنتمين إليها، بل هى جزء من المجتمع ولا ترى نفسها متميزة عنه .

It is not a substitute for the real community, by making itself an alternative and imaginary community of the individuals to whom it belongs, but is part of the community and does not see itself as distinct from it.

وهى حركة مفتوحة تستوعب أولئك الثوار الجدد الذين استطاعوا عن طريق دراستهم للنظرية الثورية فكر  " الكتاب الأخضر"  أن يحدثوا التغييرات الثورية اللاز مة .

It is an open movement that accommodates those new revolutionaries who, through their study of revolutionary theory, "The Green Book" thought, were able to bring about the necessary revolutionary changes.

 وهي حركة غير بيروقراطية البنية ، لا تعتد بالأقدمية ، فلا فرق. بين أولئك الذين انضموا إليها حديثأ وأولئك الذين . بادروا بتأسيسها، فالحركة الثورية ديمقراطي التكوين والتسيير والهدف.

It is a movement that is not bureaucratic in structure, and seniority is not considered, so there is no difference between those who joined it recently and those who took the initiative to establish it, the revolutionary movement is democratic in composition, management and goal.

 وهى معلنة الأهداف ، ومحددة المهمة بوضوح كامل ، لا اضطراب  فى مفاهيمها، ولا ارتباك فى أدبياتها، ولا تناقض بين دعوتها وسلوكها، فهى إذ تؤمن بالشعب كيد مسئول عن نفسه ، لا تمس هذه القناعة بأية شائبة سلبية ، وانما ترسخها دائما وتثريها بما يعمقها فكرآ وسلوكآ وممارسة .

It declares the goals, and defines the mission with complete clarity. There is no confusion in its concepts, no confusion in its literature, and there is no contradiction between its vocation and its behaviour. As it believes in the people as responsible for themselves, it does not touch this conviction with any negative blemish, but rather establishes it always and enriches it in a way that deepens it in thought, behavior and practice.

 وفى حين أنه ترتب واجبات أساسية _ من خلال الاقتناع العلمى _ على كل فرد من أفرادها، فهى لا ترتب أى نوع من الامتيازات مهما كانت بسيطة ، فهى معادية للبيروقراطية والانغلاق والانفصال عن المجتمع ، ويعتبرمن صفاتها الاحتفاظ لكل فرد فيها بموقعه الشعبى الذى ن يشغلة  قبل انضمامه إليها.

While it imposes basic duties - through scientific conviction - on each of its members, it does not arrange any kind of privileges, no matter how simple to them.

 وهى بذلك لا تتحسس من الأفراد الذين خارجها وتعتبر جميع الناس فى المجتمع أهلها ومواطنيها .فروق ، فتتقبلهم بسهولة داخل الحركة الثورية ، وتثقفهم ثوريآ وهم خارجها، وتحرضهم على الثورة الشعبية ثورة الغد، وتسلم السلطة والثروة والسلاح.

Thus, it is not insensitive to individuals outside it, and considers all people in society as its people and citizens. Differences, so it accepts them easily within the revolutionary movement, educates them revolutionary while they are outside, and incites them to the popular revolution, the revolution of tomorrow, to possess power, wealth and weapons.

وحتماً ستنتصر رسالة اللجان الثورية

The message of the revolutionary committees will inevitably win.
