Australia Genocide: International Human Rights Alert and Call for Urgent Action

International Scientific Committee

In response to the numerous appeals from non-governmental sources in Australia; and (statement continues below urgent appeal video below)

In response to the numerous appeals from non-governmental sources in Australia;

Convinced that the rights of Man, vicegerent of God on earth, cannot be the gift of a person nor exist in societies where exploitation and tyranny are practised, and can only be achieved by the victory of the popular masses over their oppressors and the disappearance of regimes which annihilate freedom;

that the establishment of the power of the popular masses will consolidate their existence on earth, when the sovereignty of the people will be exercised directly through legislative popular congresses and executive people's committees;

that human rights cannot be guaranteed in a world where there exist governors and governed, masters and slaves, rich and poor;

Aware that human misery cannot disappear, nor human rights be affirmed, except by building a world where the people hold the power, the wealth and the arms; a world where governments and armies will disappear, and where communities, peoples and nations will be rid of all danger of war, a world of peace, respect, agreement and co-operation;

On the basis of the International Green Charter of Human Rights, inclusive:

  • Article 2 which holds the life of the individual as sacred and to be protected;
  • Article 3 asserting the right to freedom of movement and residence;
  • Article 5 which forbids violence including imposing ideas and opinions;
  • Article 7 on non-intervention in privacy and personal relations;
  • Article 8 considering the life of the human being sacred and to be protected;
  • Article 14 rights to prosperous life, health and protections of the vulnerable;
  • Article 15 on natural rights to knowledge and education without indoctrination;
  • Article 16 on national communities, minorities, heritage and forced assimilation;
  • Article 17 on support of the fight to achieve the value and principles of the tribe;
  • Article 18 duty to protect and defend liberty everywhere and oppose oppression;
  • Article 19 opposing monopoly of sciences as is occurring regards to coronavirus;
  • Article 26 the right to corrective mechanisms for abuse of these human rights;

Being aware that these human rights are being grossly violated in Australia and in particular in remote areas upon the Original historic custodians of the land;

The International Scientific Committee of the World Center stresses urgent need for the following considerations and actions to guarantee the rights and freedoms of Australia's peoples with immediate effect:

  1. Human rights can only be guaranteed when the people have the power to exert, protect and defend their rights and freedoms. This necessitates the rule of the people by the people themselves, as per human rights under Article 1;
  2. The way to achieve the self-governing society in a practical manner is via direct democracy as offered by The Green Book as per Article 27 of the Green Charter;
  3. The gross human rights violations constituting an ongoing genocide against the Original custodians of the land in Australia, must be confronted in accordance with the duties of Article 18 by all the peoples of the world, for freedom is indivisible;
  4. The end result of the Australian people being in full possession of their human rights, the authority of the people, is the future Freepublic of Australia. Those aware of this and the need to hasten the dawn of the Freepublic organize themselves into revolutionary committees to study and work to establish it;
  5. The International Scientific Committee is aware of the calls by Brother Lurnpa of OSTF and other Australians for the establishment of an alternative to the dictatorship regime, again highlighting the urgent need for the Australian people to organize and achieve the Freepublic where authority is in the hands of the people;
  6. The international human rights organizations and the governments of the world with all their resources are again exposed by their failure to sanction the Australian Government over gross human rights abuses, revealing their lack of credibility;
  7. All are called upon to share this communiqué widely to attain maximum popular awareness worldwide of the plight of the Originals of Australia who are in the front line of the attack which has already targeted the weak and vulnerable sectors of Australia, the aged, the infirm, and those with disabilities;
  8. The Green Charter of Human Rights as an international document is the only human rights document resulting from the millions of people gathered in popular congresses in 1988 and thus has unparalleled moral and Natural Law legitimacy;
  9. The Green Charter of Human Rights is thus a unifying tool in the hands of the people in the struggle for their advanced human rights and should be studied and disseminated widely so that all are aware of these human rights and freedoms.
